Catering prices are mostly based on entree size portions. Pricing will be lower in many cases if ordering is made in the form of platters and chaffing dishes. For example, our pasta and salads are priced as entrees. We can cut both prices per person if you order on platters or chaffing dishes because each plated food portion would be less than ordering Ala carte.
